cabbage, chayote daikon, eggplant, fennel, gourds (bitter melon), greens (collard, kale, mustard), green beans, jicama, kohlrabi, mushrooms, okra, onions, pea pods and sugar snap peas, peppers, rutabaga, summer squash (yellow, zucchini), tomato, turnips, and water chestnuts.
Proteins from animal sources:
Chicken, turkey, and eggs
Fish like salmon, cod, tuna, tilapia, or swordfish

How to 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 to improve the application speed?
1️⃣ Apply eyepateh on top of the lashes.
2️⃣ Expose the top layer and lash them first.
It is much easier to isolate now.
3️⃣ Remove the eyepatch.
4️⃣ Tape back the lashes and finish lashing the bottom layer 🙂
